Description
Adsorption air dryer, also known as adsorption compressed air dryer, takes the advantage of water absorption of adsorbent (e.g. activated aluminum oxide, silica gel, and molecular sieve) to bring down moisture content in the compressed air. The compressed air is passed through a pressure vessel with two “towers”. Proper tower size and convection way make it conducive to reducing regenerative air consumption and can avoid adsorbent fluidization and pollution to adsorption layer. In addition, gentle and complete pressurized program and time delay switch design are utilized, eliminating airflow pulsation phenomenon in lower course and avoiding adsorption movement and corrosion. And independent filling mouth and outlet make it convenient to replace adsorbent.

1. Well-Designed Adsorption Column
Large vapor bed with contact time as long as 6.25 second guarantees that saturated air is dried to needed dew point and makes up for natural ageing adsorbent layer. Besides, adsorption compressed air dryer is equipped with large stainless steel air diffuser so as to guarantee uniform air flow through adsorption layer and eliminate channeling phenomenon.

5. Durable and Reliable Import Pneumatic Butterfly Inlet Valve
Adsorption compressed air dryer is equipped with elastic valve seat and thin nickel plating valve seat, which guarantees zero leakage operation and provide low pressure drop. Valve rod bushing ensures easy running. On-the spot lubrication is unnecessary.
6. Gas valve that can regulate flow accurately.
Adsorption air dryer employs special balancing valve design so as to guarantee accurate regulation. Air flow goes through the valve in one direction, ensuring stable and unanimous flow. Regulating valve and restriction orifice are allocated separately, making it easy to control regeneration air flow.
7. Reliable Check Valve
Adsorption air dryer adopts soft valve seat so as to guarantee correct on and off and reduce the attrition. Thus, adsorption compressed air dryer features thermostability and long working life.
