Description
Bristol air compressor, also known as Bristol compressor, is a device that transforms power (usually from an electric motor, a diesel engine or a gasoline engine) into kinetic energy by compressing and pressurizing air.
Bristol compressor is directly driven by electronic motor, making the crankshaft rotate. With the rotary motion, the connecting rod is driven to move, driving the piston making reciprocating movement, thus leading to the change of cylinder volume. Due to the change of cylinder capacity, the air is forced into cylinder through air cleaner. During the compression travel, the compressed air makes one-way entrance into air storage tank through vent pipe. If the venting pressure comes to rated pressure 0.7MPa, Bristol compressor will be stopped by pressure switch. If the pressure of air storage tank falls to 0.5-0.6MPa, Bristol air compressor will be automatically connected and initiated by press switch.

Application
This Bristol compressor is applicable for filling tires; make large volumes of moderate-pressure air for large scale industrial processes, and supply moderate-pressure clean air to a submerged surface supplied diver. In addition, Bristol compressor is suitable for industries like textile, spraying, medical, chemical, building materials, food processing and light industry.

1. Screw Air Compressor
Screw compressor adopts whole set equipment. It only needs simplex power connection and compressed air connection. Cooling system is mounted inside the compressor as well.
