Classification
Mocker rock loader can be divided into different types according to different classifying methods.
1. According to drive mode, mucking loader can be classified into combustion engine type and electric drive type. Electric drive mucker loader is applicable in places like high altitude anoxia, undermine and other inflammable and explosive places.
2. As per walking mode, mucker rock loader can be subdivided into crawler type, wheel type and rail type.
3. On the basis of transmission mode, mucking loader can be subdivided into hydraulic type and mechanical pattern. The mechanical one is mainly utilized in large-scale mines.
4. In accordance with application, mucker loader can be sorted into common, mine, marine and special type.
5. According to bucket, mucker rock loader can be assorted into crowd shovel type, back acting shovel type and shovel type. Crowd shovel type is widely used to excavate the materials above the ground, while the back acting shovel type is adopted to mine materials underground.
6. According to catching and mucking ability, mucker rock loader can be classified into large-scale, medium and small size type.

Features
1. Mucking loader is multifunctional. It has five functions, such as hydraulic walking, excavation and collecting, conveying, truck loading and cleaning bottom.
2. Mucker loader adopts large excavator operation process. Thus, it features convenient use and easy operation. Conveying and truck loading process can be carried out by conveyer system. The transmission rack is controlled by hydraulic cylinder. The rack can put up the front wheel when it goes down. And the front material mouth can contact more closely with ore interface. Thus mucker rock loader can work more stably. Besides, it can cement bulk materials.
3. The belt width is 650 mm to 700 mm. Transmission speed is 800 mm\s to 900 mm/s. The belt is driven by a 2.2 Kw motor. Thus, such mucker loader features stable transmission performance.
4. Mucking loader has features of convenient maintenance and long working life.

Attention
Operation
1. There are two operating handles on the operating floor. The right handle makes the trolley move back and forth and the mucking arm makes up and down movement in vertical directions.
2. There is a limit switch in the front of the rack. If the switch is pulled, the trolley will automatically stop. Due to different working speeds, inertia effect will cause different stopping distances. Front travel switch is often set after medium speed impacting so as to stop the trolley instead of striking the bumper. On the back of the rack, there are two limit switches. The front one is a speed-reducing switch. And the rear one is a stopping switch.
3. The right and left swings are allocated with limit switches. One controls maximum working angle (10°). The other controls maximum angle of control maintenance station (45°). The angle of control maintenance station is set according to actual requirements.
4. The tilting distance is limited by maximum stroke of hydraulic cylinder.
5. Ф 10 pin roll on the regulating screw rod is kind of safety pin. When abnormal phenomenon occurs, traditional stress will be two to three times as the designed one, and the pin will break so that the hydraulic motor and chain can be protected.
6. The hydraulic system has overload protection function. When in operation, the pressure of this system cannot surpass the designed one.
7. The stroke of walking truck should be equipped with switch within the mucking stroke. The walking truck cannot hit the spring buffer device frequently. Safe Operation
1. The operators must be trained. When in off-work time, the bucket must be located on the ground so as to avoid accident.
2. Check all the parts to guarantee the safety before and after work.
3. Keep it in mind that every handle has its own function.
4. When working, no one is allowed to be within the safe distance. If stoppage or abnormal noise occurs, stop and check the mucker rock loader as soon as possible and don’t forget to cut off the power before checking.
Purchasing
When purchasing mucking loader, besides price, clients need to consider many other factors, such as the operating age of the factory, the history and quality of its machines, etc.

Maintenance
1. Keep mucker loader complete and clean.
2. Check and screw the bolts and nuts.
3. Check every hydraulic components and pipe joints; eliminate leakage and replace the damaged sealing element and seriously damaged heavy-duty hose.
4. Check the oil level and oil temperature. If the oil is below the oil leveler, refill it timely. If the temperature reaches 80℃, stop using it for the time being. And try to find out the reasons and remove the hidden danger.
5. Check and adjust the pressure of hydraulic system every month.
6. Refill the hydraulic oil after 100 working hours for the first time. And the second time 450 working hours later and every 600 hours afterwards. At least, it should be refilled once a year. Don’t forget to cleanse the filter element and oil tank when refilling the oil.
7. The back acting parts should be lubricated once a day. Other parts need lubricating once a week.
8. After continuous working for half year, thrust wheel, hauling wheel, chain wheel, caterpillar track section and track link should be checked. Replace the seriously damaged ones.
9. Tighten the loose track or scraper chain.
10. Remove the hard object that is blocked in caterpillar track section so as to avoid track damage.
11. After loading, mucker rock loader should be cleaned up every day.
12. Replace the wear bucket tooth timely for fear that the bucket tooth holder is damaged. If the tooth holder is damaged, it should be removed by gas cutting.
