Non-Armored Aluminum Cable

Description
Non-armored cable, also known as non-armored aluminum cable, can be laid indoors, outdoors, poling, trunking and cable trench. Besides, such armor aluminum alloy wire can be installed in dry or wet places and can be buried under the loose oil or concrete. Non-armored cable features heat resistance and ageing resistance. Besides, the non-armored aluminum cable can effectively reduce insulation thickness. When burning, it will not eject corrosive gas or poisonous gas.

Types
Non-armored cable consists of two models—YJLHV (TC90) 0.6/1 KV single core cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed non-armored cable and YJLHV (TC90) 0.6/1 KV three core cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed non-armored aluminum cable.

Advantages
1. Non-armored cable adopts 8000 series conductor which features high creep resistance, flexibility, ductility, great strength of extension and safe and stable connection.
2. Non-armored aluminum cable employs 90 ℃ cross-linked polyethylene insulation. Thus, it is characterized by good physical performance, heat resistance and ageing resistance.
3. Non-armored cable makes use of environmental radiation protection PVC sheath, so it has the features of good corrosion resistance and wide range of applications.

Conductor: 8000 Series Aluminum Alloy Conductors, ASTM Grade B Monofilament Compression Process
Insulation: 90℃ (Anti-Flaming), Eco-Friendly Cross-Linked Polyethylene
Fillers: Water Proofing, High Strength, Eco-Friendly and Degradable Kraft Paper Filler
Sheath: 80℃ (Anti-Flaming) Eco-Friendly PVC
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight
Mode of Transportation: By Motor in China, By Sea Abroad
