Performance
1. Automatic Start and Invest Function
If the utility grid stops supplying electricity or utility grid voltage is below 80% of rated voltage, automation diesel generator set will automatically start. Then it will supply load electricity. The whole process can be finished within 15 seconds. What’s more, automatic diesel generating set has remote interface and can set the start delay so as to realize automatic start and halt.
2. Automatic Exit Function
Under automatic condition, automation diesel generator set will automatically exit 30 seconds after utility grid recovers. It will first cut off loading, recover utility grid and will automatically stop after two minutes cooling running. If utility grid stops supplying electricity during cooling running process, automation diesel generator set will automatically adjust its speed and recover to load supply.
3. Pre-Alarm \Fault Protection
If automation diesel generator set is of low battery voltage, charge failure, over-current or high water temperature, pre-alarm will function immediately. Fault protection function will work when low rotate speed, over-speed and frequency transfinite, voltage transfinite, scram or dead start occurs.
4. Auto Charging Function
During mains supply or self-generating electricity period, start control storage battery can be automatically charged. The charging system adopts switching power supply, and it can charge the storage battery by two-stage. At the first stage, when the battery capacity is low, constant current 6ADC can be used to charge; when the voltage reaches 26.5VDC, switch to constant-voltage charge and keep float charging. When the storage battery is full, charging current will automatically return to zero.
5. Manual Function
There is self-motion and manual operation on the control panel of automation diesel generator set. When the system works in manual state, the system can start automatic diesel generating set, change the speed and supply electricity, etc. Emergency stop button works in both self-motion and manual operation state. Exceptional emergency avoids pressing this button.

Automation diesel generator set adopts animation icon type alarm, fault display, high light and multicolor liquid crystal display to display parameters.
