Description
Construction hoist, also known as construction lifter is mainly applied in building constructions, such as inside and outside decoration and, bridge and chimney, etc. Its weight is between 1 and three tons with running speed from 1 to 16 m\min. Building hoist has many classifications, according to mode. There comes alignment type and non- alignment. As per control mode, it can be divided into manual control and auto control. Besides, converter system and PLC control module can be mounted on construction hoist. In addition, floor calling device and leveling device can be installed according to actual requirements

Operation
1)Construction lifter should be managed by personnel. The installation, operation and maintenance personnel must be trained and they can operate construction lifter only after passing the exam.
2) Before application, check the spacing and safety device, and lift the cage to 1 m from the ground and check the braking system. Then check each floor platform, protective door, front and rear doors and make sure they conform to requirements.
3) If abnormal condition occurs during the running process (e.g. electrical engineering is out of control), users should press jerk button. The construction hoist can be operated before the stoppages are not debugged.
4) The goods should be evenly distributed and the materials cannot be out of lifting cage.
5) Users shouldn’t limit parking when construction lifter runs to the up or bottom ends.
6) Maintenance work cannot be carried out during working process.
7) Construction hoist should be stopped in bad weather conditions such as thunderstorm, strong wind, heavy fog and frozen guide rail, etc.
8) After working, low the cage to the bottom cut off the power, check the maintenance work and then close the window and lock the door.

Choose and Buy
1. Select construction hoist and make full market research.
2. Integrating all the survey data, and select construction lifter with reasonable cost performance. Many factors should be considered, such as its technical parameters, practicability and universality, etc. Construction hoists with different parameters have different functions. Many functions are similar, so clients should purchase building hoist with purpose. Clients should know what kind of machine they mostly need.
3. When unpacking acceptance, clients should make sure technical materials are complete. Check whether components and parts are in line with list. Besides, examine whether equipments and parts are worn out.

Daily Check
a. Check attachment bolts.
b. Check up and lower limit switches and their reliability.
c. Check the on-off action of doors and rope.

Weekly Examination
a. Examine the guiding clearance and fastening conditions of construction hoist cage gyro wheel.
b. Examine lubricating conditions and refill oil timely.
c. Examine control cable line device.
d. Examine all the tie points and fastening bolts of standard knots and attached walls.
e. Examine the fixation of gyro wheels and equilibrium stress distribution of steel wire ropes.
f. Examine cables.

Monthly Check
a. Check the cage and wear pattern of traction machine steel ropes.
b. Check motor braking torque (As per motor specifications).
c. Check the flexibility of safety action.

Quarter Inspection
a. Examine, adjust and replace guide wheel bearings as the circumstances may require.
b. Examine and adjust the gap (0.5 mm to 1 mm) between gyro wheels and stand column.
c. Do drop test so as to check the reliability of speed limiting brake.
d. Check the action conditions and reliability of all rope falling protector.
e. Check the loading limit mechanism on top of the cage; and regulate it timely when necessary.

Annual Inspection
a. Inspect construction hoist braking motor and coupling of cycloid speed reducer.
b. Inspect the traction wheel groove of construction lifter and position stress components on the climbing frame.
c. Inspect the cage and wear pattern of all traction machine column shaws.
