Description
Crawler mucking loader is widely used in lead zinc ore; iron mine and hydropower construction field. Crawler mucker loader adopts imported gearbox and motor drive chassis. The arm employs pilot-operated control. This mucker loader has two delivery methods, such as belt transportation and scraper delivery. Thus, it features flexible and convenient operation.

Application
Crawler mucker loader is used to load and deliver the materials in roadway and mining areas, such as lead zinc ore and iron mine working conditions.

Components
Crawler mucking loader is constituted by excavating mechanism, conveyer trough, walking assembly, chassis assembly, hydraulic control system, power system, and electrical system, hydraulic oil tank and tool box.

Attention
1. This crawler mucker loader cannot be forced to convey materials that surpass its capacity.
2. When rotating the big jib, pull the control rod so as to keep the balance of the chassis.
3. Operators should have a good command of mucking speed and try to avoid impacting.
4. Users cannot splash water on the electrical equipment in case of leakage.
5. When crawler mucking loader conducts entering and exiting or rotating process, the unloading parts should be observed with attention so as not to strike both sides of roadway.
6. When the loader retreats from working surface, it should run at high speed. If crawler mucking loader is in operation, it should work at low speed.
7. The tyre pressure should be consistent. When the machine stops, pull the hand brake.
8. The water level of dust tank should be kept above 50%, while the oil level should be above 75%.

Maintenance
1. Preparation and Check
Pre Start Check
1) Check the oil level. Refill timely.
2) Tighten the loose crawler or scraper chain.
3) Remove the hard objects blocked in the caterpillar track section timely in case of track damage.
Daily Check
1) Check and screw bolts and nuts, especially the connecting bolt of track link.
2) Check the joints of hydraulic components and pipe in order to eliminate leakage. Replace the damaged sealing parts and high pressure hose timely.
3) Check the oil temperature as often as possible.
4) Check and adjust the system pressure of oil circuits once a month or when the machine is powerless.
5) Refill hydraulic oil after 100 working hours for the first time, 600 hours later for the second time and every 600 hours afterwards. The filter and oil tank should be cleaned as well.
6) After continuous use, users should check thrust wheel, front idler, chain wheel, caterpillar track section and track link. And replace the damaged one timely.
2. Maintenance (Every Day or Every Shift)
1) Remove the soil and oil grease on the surface of crawler mucking loader and cleanse the caterpillar belt timely.
2) Check the fastening pieces and tighten the loose ones.
3) Check the walking condition of crawler mucking loader.
4) Check whether hydraulic oil is abundant or leaking. Supplement it without delay.
5) Check electric cabinet and electrical circuit.
6) Check the steering gear.
7) Check every hydraulic oil tank to see whether it is retractile. Besides, scratches and leakage of oil pipe and contact should be noticed and find out the reasons and eliminate the problems.
8) Lubricate the pin roll.
9) Check, Cleanse and maintain the crawler mucking loader after a day’s work.
First Class Maintenance (Once a week)
First class maintenance gives priority to lubrication and tightening.
1) Complete daily maintenance.
2) Check and tighten bolt connection parts.
3) Check and regulate the degree of conveyor line.
4) Check every cotter, snap ring, oil cup and elastic pin roll.
5) Examine and regulate the free stroke of foot valve and manual pilot valve.
6) Replace the wear caterpillar belts.
7) Equip the lubricating screw with special adapter. Inject lubricating grease into tension cylinder until caterpillar track tension is normal. If the caterpillar needs loosening, loosen the grease nipple from counter-clockwise direction.
8) Check the fastening bolts of track link once a week. And screw the loose one.
9) Examine the connecting bolts between walking motor and bottom rack, driving wheel so as to guarantee they are fastened.
10) Check, clean and repair the whole caterpillar parts.
Second-Class Maintenance (Once a month)
1) Finish the first class maintenance.
2) Renew hydraulic oil for new crawler mucking loader and cleanse the oil tank and pipe completely. When refilling hydraulic oil, users should replace the filter and oil according to the degree of grease dirt. Oil suction filter and radiator should be cleaned as well.
3) Check cylinder and replace the wear sealing parts.
4) Examine the actuation of every contactor and contacting conditions of safety fuse.
Third Class Maintenance (Every six months)
Hazard Cleanup and All-round Maintenance
1) Finish the first and second class maintenance.
2) Clean and lubricate all transmission shafts.
3) Dismantle, check and clean hydraulic pump.
4) Clean hydraulic components like multiple directional control valve, cylinder and oil pipe, etc.
5) Dismantle and check every rotatable part and replace the pin roll and lining timely.
6) Sweep the electric cabinet, check the circuit insulativity and replace the damaged components.
3. Maintenance Guidelines
1) Keep the key components clean and protect them from foreign matter. Cleanse the crawler mucking loader every day after loading. A little used oil on the caterpillar and scraper chain can prolong their service life.
2) Whenever dismantling the oil pipe, operators should clean the adjacent place and stop the foreign matter outside.
3) In maintenance period, check and cleanse all the components so as to guarantee all the channels are unblocked. Before installation, every part should be cleaned well. Users cannot open the package until the parts are put into use.
