Working Process
Air is cleaned through air filter and fuel spray nozzle ejects high pressure atomized diesel oil. And the cleaned air and the oil are fully mixed. The volume of diesel generator becomes smaller due to the extrusion by piston upstroke. The temperature rises to diesel ignition point. Diesel oil is ignited and the mixed gas severely burnt and oil capacity expands fast. Then pull piston down stroke and all the cylinders work in sequence. The pushing force on piston upstroke is transferred to the strength of pushing the crankshaft so as to put the bent axle in motion. Brushless synchronous alternator and diesel engine crankshaft are mounted on the same axle. And the diesel engine can revolve and drive the rotors. With the help of electro-magnetic induction principle, diesel generator will output induced electromotive force. Current can be generated through closed the load circuit. If clients want to get workable and stable electric output, diesel engine, generator control and protective parts and components and loop are needed.
Daily Maintenance
1. The replacement time for diesel filter is every 300H, and every 400H for air filtration chip.
2. The replacement time is 50H for engine oil filter at the first time and every 250H later on.

4. Start Method
Diesel generator has three starting methods—hand starting, electrical starting and compressed air starting. Electrical starting can be adopted in high-rise building construction. Avoid employing compressed air starting. Diesel generator set with auto starting equipment must be utilized in first-class high buildings. Once electric supply is cut off, such diesel generating sets must supply electricity within 15 seconds. Secondary-class high-rise building should make use of diesel generator set with auto starting device and generator set with manual starting device can be adopted as well.
5. Performance and quality must meet standard requirements.
