Description
Impact crusher is kind of efficient impact crushing equipment. Such crushing plant mainly consists of spring, rail, back impact rack, front impact rack, impact plate, square steel, principal axis, plate hammer, rotor frame, scale board, latch segment and clamping piece, etc. Such impact crusher is widely used to crush materials to fine ones in industries like construction materials, ore reduction, railway, and high express way, energy, transportation, mining and chemical industries, etc.
Advantages
1. Impact crusher is capable of breaking high water content materials and avoiding blocking phenomenon. When water content materials needs crushing, heating equipment can be mounted on feed chute and impact plate so as to avoid cementation. Even without sieve plate, impact crushing equipment can avoid blocking phenomenon effectively.
2. Impact crushing plant can regulate discharge size flexibly and has a wide regulating scope. It can adopt multi methods to adjust discharge size, rotor speed and regulate the gap between impact plate and grinding cavity. Gap adjustment can employ mechanical type or hydraulic model.
3. Quick wear parts have the feature of small erosion and the metal is of high-usage.
The erosion of the plate hammer only appears on the side against the materials. When the rotor is at the normal speed, the feed stock will fall onto the surface (batter side of the plate hammer. Thus, it is impossible to wear the back and side surface. Even the side against the materials is of small erosion. Besides, the grinding rod at the bottom is easy to replace. The metal usage rate can be as high as 45% to 48%.
4. Impact crusher is applicable for both soft materials and hard materials.
Mechanical clamping structure is adopted to fix the plate hammer on the rotor. Compared with hammer crusher, impact crushing plant possesses greater momentum. In addition, it is suitable for crushing harder materials and features low power consumption.
5. Impact crusher features convenient replacement of parts and low maintenance cost.
Only six plate hammers are mounted on the impact crushing equipment. With special tools, it is convenient to replace the hammers. Replace a hammer only needs a shift time. And only ten minutes is needed to replace the grinding rod at the bottom. All this greatly reduces the overhauling and maintenance time and expense.

A. Detailed Method to Solve the Problem of Over Heated Bearing
1. Check whether the lubricating grease reduces.
2. Grease should be full of bearing capacity by 50%
3. Cleanse the bearing and replace lubricating grease timely.
4. Replace the seriously wear bearings.
B. Detailed Method to Eliminate Fierce Knock inside Crushing Cavity
1. Switch off the crushing power, stop and clean the crushing cavity.
2. When immense vibration phenomenon occurs, check the fastening condition of scale board and examine the gap between hammer and the board.
3. Replace the broken parts.
C. Detailed Method to Deal with Too Large Particle Size
1. Regulate the gap between front and back impact rack and replace the seriously wear scale board and plate hammer.
2. Adjust the impact rack location so as to guarantee discharging granularity.
Maintenance
Check
1. Impact crusher runs smoothly. When the vibration noise suddenly rises, users should stop immediately so as to find out the problem and solve them
2. Under normal circumstance, the temperature should not exceed 35° and the maximum temperature should not surpass 70°. If the temperature exceeds 70°, stop immediately and to find out the reasons.
3. Replace the seriously wear plate hammer head.
4. After installation or replacement of plate hammer, the rotor should be kept balance. Static balance should not surpass 0.25 kg.m.
5. When the scale board wears out, it should be replaced so as to avoid wearing the main case.
6. Check the bolts before start up the impact crusher every time.
Back Upper Cover Start and Stop
When quick wear parts like scale board of rack, impact plate and plate hammer need replacing or the stoppages need eliminating, the back upper cover on the ratchet gear is adopted to replace and overhaul.
1. Start
Before open the back upper cover, users should unlock the jam nut and bolt and then put cushion blocks under the lower arm of the cover. When opening, two operators need to operate simultaneously, pull the ratchet gear and the upper cover will be open gradually.
2. Stop\Close
After replacement or overhauling, two operators turn the hand shank on the ratchet gear simultaneously so as to close or stop the upper cover. Before closing the cover, the surface needs complete cleaning.
Lubrication
1. Lubricate friction surface regularly and timely.
2. Impact crusher adopts calcium - sodium based lubricants.
3. Refill the bearing with lubricating oil once after every 8 working hours. Renew lubricating grease every three months. When renewing the oil, users should employ clean gasoline or kerosene to cleanse the bearing.
