Description
Mobile diesel generator set, also known as portable diesel generator set, consists of trailer automotive frame, trailer and axle, etc. Trailer automotive frame adopts beam welded frame structure and leaf spring suspension structure. The trailer employs adjustable bolt traction frame. Besides, portable diesel generator set makes use of circular steel tube welding cut-through axle. The corners of the frame are equipped with mechanical support device and are allocated with inertia braking, parking braking and emergency braking so as to guarantee the safety of mobile diesel generator set under various conditions. Supporting wheel is mounted on the front of the frame, which has the function of bearing vertical load and is provided with guiding function. Mobile diesel generator set is equipped with veer, brake light and tail light standard plugs.

1. Traction
Portable diesel generator set adopts mobile hook and 360° turn plate. Thus it can turn flexibly and work safely.
2. Braking
Mobile diesel generator set is allocated with reliable air brake interface and manual braking system so as to guarantee the safety in driving.
3. Support
Portable diesel generator set is equipped with four mechanical or hydraulic support device so as to ensure the stability pf power van in operating process.
4. Doors and Windows
There equipped with ventilating window in the front and oppositely opened doors at the back. Operators can go in and out through side ways.
5. Illumination
Ceiling mounted explosion-proof light is mounted inside the carriage. Equipped with table lamp, the workbench is on the right.
6. Sound-Proof
All the carriage and car doors employ double-deck decoration and are provided with abatvoix. The exhaust pipe is wrapped up with cotton insulation. Thus the noise can be controlled with in 75dB (A).
