Attention
1. When the stone crusher machine stops, users should often open the observation door and observe the wear condition inside the crusher, replace or repair the wear parts timely such as center feed pipe, conical cap, impeller and circular plate, etc. If above parts are replaced, the wear plate should be replaced as well in order to ensure the same weight of it. Attention that all the above operation cannot be carried out with the stone crushing machine in operation so as to avoid danger. If clients find impeller body wears out, look for the manufactures for repairing. Without manufacture’s permission, clients cannot make impeller by them.
2. After 400 working hours, stone crusher machine should be lubricated. 2000 working hours later, the spindle should be open so as to cleanse the bearing. 7200 working hour later, the bearing should be replaced.
3. Adjust the tension force of triangle belt appropriately so as to guarantee group and select the belt. In addition, the length of each group should be the same as far as possible. And the adjusted difference current value should be within 15 A.
4. Operators should be away from stone crusher machine.

Maintenance
1. The refilled oil must be clean and must be well-sealed. Its main parts that need refilling are as follows:
(1) Rolling Bearing
(2) All Gears
(3) Live Bearing
(4) Slide Plane
2. Check the newly installed tyre and make sure it is not loose.
3. Make sure that all parts of stone crusher machine works as usual.
4. Check the degree of wear and replace the wear parts timely.
5. If the temperature of the bearing rises, users should stop the stone crushing machine and check immediately.
6. If impact noise occurs in roll bearing operation process, users should stop stone crusher machine to check and eliminate stoppages.
