Description
Tunnel muck loader (tunnel mucking machine) consists of excavating gear, running gear, and swivel gear and conveyer device. It is applicable for tunnel excavating, mine engineering and hydraulic engineering. Tunnel mucker loader can be used as mine slag machinery to solve slag stone loading problem in 3 m to 9 m drivaging narrow tunnel process. Besides, tunnel muck loader can be used to collect, load and transport gravel soil materials in non-explosion narrow mine space.
Tunnel muck loader adopts two power systems which can work separately. Thus, such tunnel mucker loader has five functions—walking, excavating and collecting, conveying, loading and leaning function. Walking function is driven by hydraulic motor, reducer and transmission shaft, etc. The hydraulic motor can move back and forth and has auto braking function. The excavating and collecting functions are carried out by manipulator. The manipulator functions excavating, extending, loading and unloading. Excavating and collecting processes are controlled by hydraulic system. Tunnel muck loader adopts large excavator operation process. Thus, it features convenient use and easy operation. Conveying and truck loading process can be carried out by conveyer system. The transmission rack is controlled by hydraulic cylinder. And the rack can put up the front wheel when it goes down. And at the same time, the front material mouth can contact more closely with ore interface. Thus, tunnel mucker loader can work more stably. Besides, it can cement bulk materials and flatten the ground with conveyer belt (width: 750 mm to 810 mm).

Attention
1. Two operating handles are mounted on the operating floor. The right one makes the trolley move back and forth and the mucking arm carries out up-and-down movement in vertical directions.
2. A limit switch is set in the front of the rack. With the switch pulled, the trolley will automatically stop. With different working speeds, inertia effect will cause different stopping distances. Front travel switch is often set after medium speed impacting so as to stop the trolley instead of striking the bumper. Two limit switches are mounted on the back of the rack. The front one is a speed-reducing switch. And the rear one is a stopping switch.
3. The right and left swings are equipped with limit switches. One controls maximum working angle (10°). The other controls maximum angle of control maintenance station (45°) which is set according to actual requirements.
4. The tilting distance is limited by maximum stroke of hydraulic cylinder.
5. Ф 10 pin roll on the regulating screw rod is kind of safety pin. When abnormal phenomenon occurs, traditional stress will be two to three times as the designed one, and the pin will break, thus the hydraulic motor and chain can be protected.
6. The hydraulic system has overload protection function. When tunnel muck loader is in operation, the pressure of this system cannot surpass the designed one.
7. The stroke of walking truck should be within the mucking stroke. The walking truck cannot hit the spring buffer device frequently.
