Description
Coal mucking loader (Coal mine mucker loader) is ideal equipment for coal loading. It consists of electromotor, hydraulic system, excavating gear, running gear, delivery and discharge mechanism and electrical control system. Such mucker loader is specifically applicable for collecting gravel soil of coal mine and transportation loading construction in mining field. Coal mucking loader adopts anti-explosion motor. Explosion-proof vacuum switch box and explosion-proof electric drum are mounted on coal mine mucker loader. It has two delivering modes—moving belt delivery and scraper blade transportation.

Operation of Coal Mucking Loader
1. Pull the high speed and low speed handle to low speed side, put down the front shovel. Diven by hydraulic motor, try to make the shovel enter the bottom of ore heap. If it encounters large resistance, uplift the front shovel so as to guarantee smooth shoveling, etc.
2. Manipulate the control valve on the corresponding cylinder valve system, and the big arm, forearm and scraper box will work correspondingly and the mineral can be loaded on the front shovel.
3. Open the conveyer. Driven by motorized pulley, the conveyer delivers the mineral to the mine-car on the back.
4. As for minerals on both sides of roadway, turn the big arm to oil tank and make the arm move left and right so as to muck the mineral into the front shovel.

Attention for Coal Mucking Loader
1. Fill the oil hole every shift. Lubricate every shaw shaft and cover with lubricating grease. Lubricate the free handle and hinge joint with lubricating oil.
2. The supply voltage must meet the standard. Total power supply circuit must guarantee normal working.
3. Minerals that surpass the delivery capacity can be forced to be moved to the conveyer belt so as to avoid belt damaging.
4. Adjust the lead screw to the right height, screw the nuts and fasten the fixed pull rod so as to avoid damage to folded oil cylinder.
5. When retreating from working interface, uplift the front shovel first. Loosen the fixed rod. Work on high and low adjusting valve of the roller and fold the back folding arm so as to walk.
6. If the trolley stops, tighten hand brake device, especially on the shelving working place. At the same time, the high and low speed handle cannot be pulled to neutral position for fear of car sliding.
7. Check the delivering condition as often as possible. Regulate the conveyer belt timely when it is off center. It can be operated only on one side for so long a time that the conveyer belt is damaged.
8. Observe the pressure meters. Normal pressure is between 12 Mpa and 14 Mpa.
9. If the oil temperature exceeds 60 ℃, open the radiator timely to lower the temperature. If the temperature is above 80 ℃, hydraulic system will be powerless.
10. If there appears water leakage, users should be aware of protecting distribution box dashboard and motor from water.
11. When the interval on the moving parts such as big arm, small arm or front and back shaw shaft, etc. becomes big, replace wear proof bushing timely.
12. Oil absorption and oil return filter are mounted inside oil tank and radiator oil return pipe. In line with actual use condition, the filter should be cleansed every 150 hours, or the resistance to oil absorption and return will increase and coal mucking loader will not work normally.
