Rock loading machine (excavating rock mucking Loader) is driven by four tyres. It is essential drivage mining equipment for mine and tunnel construction. Features

Components
According to loading capacity, Rock loading machine can be divided into the following types, 2Q-XX-D-JZ, 2Q-XX-CD-JZ, 2Q-XX-CD, 4Q-XX-CD, 2Q-CD, 4Q-CD and 2Q-XC excavating rock mucking loader with different power specifications. Attention
1. This rock loading machine cannot be forced to convey materials that exceed its capacity.
2. When moving the big jib, pull the control rod slowly so as to keep the balance of the chassis.
3. Operators should be familiar with mucking speed and try to avoid impacting in case of damaging the machine.
4. Users cannot pour water on the electrical equipment in case of power leakage.
5. When rock loading machine conducts entering and exiting or rotating process, the unloading parts should be observed carefully so as not to strike both sides of roadway.
6. When excavating rock mucking loader retreats from working surface, it should run at high speed. If crawler mucking loader is in operation, it should work at low speed.
7. The tyre pressure should be consistent. When rock loading machine stops, pull the hand brake.
8. The water level of dust tank should be above 50%, while the oil level should be above 75%.

Maintenance
Daily Maintenance
1. Check before Starting up Hydraulic Pump
Oil mass, oil temperature, indoor temperature and pressure should be examined carefully in order to avoid accidents or danger. The oil should be on the upper limit level. That the oil temperature is below 0 ℃ is dangerous. The oil temperature should be consistent with indoor temperature. When the temperature is below 10℃ in winter, operators should be careful with starting the pump. Before operation, the pressure should be 0 kg /c㎡.
2. The Inspection of Hydraulic Pump Starting
The pumping should be driven by inching mode and then make sure the input, output of pumping, sound change and the pointer movement of pressure meter (should go up gradually). Operate the system pressure valve with great attention. The filter should be examined as well. Check whether filter blocking occurs and whether the system valve pressure is abnormal. Besides, operators should examine whether the oil hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor have been well prepared.
3. Inspection in Operation and Before Stopping
Observe the hydraulic oil bubble. If the oil is muddy or has large mount of bubbles, find out the reasons immediately.
Measure the temperature of the tank so as to know whether the oil temperature is at the normal level. Generally, the temperature should be above the indoor temperature but below 60 ℃.
Check the vibration of the gauge hand when in high pressure operation. That the amplitude is large or the vibration is slow belongs to abnormal phenomenon. The pointer should vibrate within ±3 kg /c㎡.
Observe the side of oil tank, side cover and oil gauge to see whether there occurs oil leaking.
Check the pumping spindle and other connection parts to make sure there is o oil leakage.
Examine the condition and moving speed of hydraulic cylinder.
When rock loading machine is running with high temperature and high pressure, observe whether hydraulic cylinder piston rod oil seal leaks.
Check and make sure motor motion, noise and discharge.
Check coil magnetic sound. Besides, touch the enclosure of the solenoid valve to test its temperature (above indoor temperature 30 ℃ is normal).
With the help of visual method and touching method, check whether pipe joints are leaking. The bottom of pipe joint should be kept clean so that operators can quickly discover oil leakage.
Check the vibration of piping, control valve and hydraulic cylinder, etc. and examine every bolts and screw the loose one.
Regular Check
Mechanical Equipment Check
1) Pump
Check the installation and in-drawing side pipe to see whether they are loose. Examine whether the coupling between pump and motor is in the right position. Make sure the spindle is well sealed.
2) Tank
Check whether the oil is clean and pure. If the filter is seriously polluted, clean the tank and renew the oil.
Examine the movement of oil gauge and its precision.
Check the oil tank to see whether it leaks.
Check whether the ventage is polluted, deformed or blocked.
Clean the upper cove of the oil tank.
Check the oil mass. If the oil mass greatly reduces, the oil tank may leak. If the oil greatly increases, water cooler may leak.
3) Cooler
Check the attached state of dust and polluting oil on the surface of cooling pipe. If the pipe is seriously polluted, resolve and clean it timely. Check whether solenoid valve and constant temperature work normally.
Check and clean the pressure gauge, filter, by-pass valve and line filter.
4) Pressure Control Valve
Check the pilot poppet of pressure control valve and its contact surface. If it wears out, replace it timely. Pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, safety valve and spring need checking. Besides, check whether the spring is deformed or damaged. And examine if O shape oil ring is loose or deformed. If users find the pressure gauge vibrates, works slowly or is unstable, check the working state of internal parts. Once every three months for pressure reducing valve, safe valve and sequence valve due to the infrequent motion.
Solenoid Valve
Solenoid valve is adopted as safe device. Users should make sure all the motions are correct. Check the exchanging vibration and noise after rock loading machine is powered on. Fasten the loose set screws. Replace the wear parts. Check the insulation coil when there appears frowziness so as to avoid burning out the coil.
5) Directional Control Valve
Check the bolts, piping parts and guide pipe to see whether there occurs vibration, looseness or oil leakage.
6) Flow Control Valve
Examine the bolts and piping parts to see if there is vibration, looseness or oil leakage.
7) Accumulator
Check the air enclosed pressure. When the oil pressure equals zero, the minimum working pressure should be between 60% and 70% of the original pressure. Smear the outside of accumulator with soapy water so as to check whether air leakage occurs. Check the enclosed part and padding parts of airbag type accumulator and piston one carefully. Check the plunger and outer parts of heavy hammer type so as to find out whether there occurs oil leakage.
8) Piping
Touch all connectors and the bottom of flange to check whether oil leaks. Check guide piping and the support parts of piping to see if here appears oil leakage. Check the support parts of the whole piping system. Dismantle the connectors of piping parts so as to check rust condition and replace the oil seal tapes.
9) Others
Check hydraulic cylinder and the bolts of hydraulic motor carefully. Replace high pressure pipeline if it deteriorates or is scratched. Examine pressure switch, relay and limit switch parts and components.
Examination for Hydraulic System Performance
Keep the inside oil tank temperature between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃ and maintain maximum working pressure so as to check the working and operating performance.
Circuit Performance Check
Unload and load several times so as to check the pumping noise and vibration.
Check the vibration of pressure gauge and pressure valve and the maximum pressure amplitude is within ±3% when the pressure valve works properly. Keep the maximum working pressure and run the directional control valve so as to check the exchanging vibration and shock. And at the same time, check whether chattering phenomenon appears. Check the action status of oil hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor. Examine the vibration of the whole piping system. Pay special attention to the vibrating and heating conditions when switch the control valves. Check pressure control valves (pressure valve, sequence valve, reducing valve, counterbalance valve, unloading valve and safety valve, etc.). Check the motion of pressure switch and pressure setting. Examine the operation of thermostat and temperature setting. Check the oil mass of tank.
Comprehensive Examination
Pump
Dismantle and check the pump when the noise is too loud or after more than 3,000 hours’ running. Dismantle the pump and check the wear condition of the slide parts.
Check the abrasion and scratch of main shaft oil seal and spindle, bearing pedestal, wheel blade, cam ring, rotor, gear terminal and flank, piston, sloping panel and other sliding parts.
Clean all the parts before recombination. Then test the performance (pressure fluctuation, pressure variation, volume efficiency and noise level, the concentricity between motor shaft and pump spindle, etc.).
Internal Oil Tank
Let out all hydraulic oil. If the analyzed result is normal, take 80% of top oil and store it in the oil tank and discard the left 20% of polluted oil at the bottom. And clean the inside of oil tank with light oil (like kerosene).
Check the processing condition inside the cylinder. If it is peeling or rusting, surface treatment should be carried out on the cylinder. Rust usually appears in the internal upper cover and coating usually happens at the bottom, especially nearby the pump suction inlet. Check fillers of the cylinder. If they swell, replace the fillers immediately. Check the filter element of pressure oil (20μ filter) and add the hydraulic oil to the most. Confirm oil gauge motion.
Lade the oil from cylinder first. As for direct oil gauge, observe whether the rise and fall of oil on the indicator board. As for separated test type, touch it to see whether the motion is normal.
Thermostat and Oil Temperature Gauge
The cylinder must be open.
Check the position of temperature sensing part.
Open the cap of filter and take out and replace filter core.
Analysis on Hydraulic Oil
When hydraulic oil has been used for more than six months, it should be chemically analyzed so as to check its degradation and pollution degree.
Cooler
Dismantle water cooler and remove the water.
Check whether the cooling pipe changes color, whether there appears cracks between the gap and connection part. Special attention should be paid to the inflow and out flow parts, the changes of pipe surface, and control valve baseboard. Check whether the pipe is jaggy or loose. Examine whether the cooling pipe is worn out or corroded.
Check the water quality if limescale appears in the cooling pipe and clean the filter. Examine the fillers and renew timely.
Check whether the air cooler is jaggy or loose, etc.
Pressure Controller
Dismantle and check all the internal machine of pressure control valves.
Take out the valve, spring and piston and check whether they are rusted (especially in the sliding part). And inspect if they are jaggy, worn out or eccentric (unilateral abrasion) or dusty (especially in pore parts).
Check whether the spring is deformed or damaged.
Check the sliding surface, valve seat and casting station.
Examine the intervals between circular shaft pipe and the machine itself manually. Check the movement of circular shaft pipe through free-fall test. After long term operation, users should check inner leakage rate and discharging rate. Replace the pipe when necessary (leakage occurs).
Solenoid Valve
Dismantle and check solenoid valves that are most or least frequently used, or that have frequent stoppages.
Check the terminal block, wiring, resistance and pressure of the electric system.
Circular Shaft
Dismantle and check circular shaft that are most or least frequently used, or that have frequent stoppages. Check whether the shaft is dusty, rusty, jaggy (in the sliding surface), corroded or worn down, etc.
The Sliding Part and Casting Part
Check the size, shape and damage rate of the spring.
If they have channel or pores, check whether they are blocked, jaggy or corroded, etc.
Check the inner leakage rate separately and then inspect the overall leakage of the control valve.
Flow Control Valve
Dismantle and then check control valve.
Mainly check the following aspects: orifices, the axle and spring of pressure compensation mechanism and the relation between current-limiting condition and scale.
Other Control Valves
Unload the machine parts used in circuit or safety circuit operation. Adopt perpendicular check valve. It is much more difficult to regulate the servo valve and servo loop precision control valve, experts or specially-assigned person are needed.
Check the following functions of rock loading machine under high pressure conditions with oil temperature between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃.
Check pumping output quantity, noise and vibration status.
All the motion of pressure control valve must be confirmed and be set on the proper valve.
Regulate the set value of flow control valve. Check hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor.
Check the motion of direction control valve and regulate its exchanging impact force and speed. Check Oil Hydraulic Cylinder
Check the piston and cylinder rod to make sure that they are tight and are not scratched or worn out.
Check whether the set screws are loose or not.
Check the hydraulic motor. Dismantle and inspect it when abnormal condition occurs.
Check all performances of hydraulic devices, such as speed control, vibration, accumulator motion and responsiveness, etc.
Check piping, piping head and piping bearing and make sure they are not loose. Examine high pressure hose carefully. If the hose is scratched or deteriorated, pay attention to its time limit.
Review the operation management record and find out the problem and try to improve.
Clean the whole system of hydraulic equipment, mark the leaking part and repair or replace it for safe operation.
Check all the functions of safety control device and indicating equipment.
Check all the electric control components of the whole system.
