Description
Gas generator set can be divided into two types—combined cycle gas turbine and gas engine or internal combustion engine. The former features large power and is mainly applied in large and medium scale power station. The latter has small power and is applicable for small distributed power station. Gas generator set is ideal replacement for fuel oil or coal fired generator sets, for it is environment protecting.
Gas generator set consists of engine, generator and controller. Voltage filter device and gas-liquid separation device, etc. are optional. Engine and generator are connected on the same axis and are put on the base of gas generator set. Then silencer and speed controller are connected with engine. And fuel gas goes into the gas channel inside gas generate set. And recoil starter on the upper band of the generator and voltage regulator on the output terminal of gas generator set are connected. And, the combustible gas can be natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or marsh gas.

6. Static sound box type gas generator set is allocated with silencer. Gas generators adopt newly special sound-absorbing material. The noise is no more than 75dB (A).
7. Static sound box type gas generator set features convenient movement, flexible usage, small floor space and delicate and elegant appearance.
Gas generators also have strong corrosion resistant structure performance.
1. The cover of gas generator is steel structured. It is painted with zinc phosphate outside the generator set. And the outermost layer is painted with polyester powder, making gas generator set corrosion resistant.
2. All screws are galvanized.
3. All locks are made of stainless steel material.

Attention
1. Gas generator set should be far from open fire area.
2. Gas generators should be placed in a spacious and bright room. In addition, ventilator should be mounted so as to guarantee good ventilation.
3. Explosion precaution should be adopted when clients need lighting, switch and circuit.
4. The generator set room should be equipped with fire extinguisher.
5. Gas generator set can be armed with combustible warning device so as to timely find out leakage.
6. Gas generators should be desulfurated, dehydrated and dust extracted. And its sulfur content is below 0.25 and hydrogen is below 10%.

Maintenance
(1) Lubricating System
Check oil quality, oil level, and temperature and oil pressure. Cleanse centrifugal filter and engine oil filter.
(2) Air Filter
Clean air filter periodically and replace new filter element when necessary. If under wet conditions, users can take out paper cartridge
(3) Related interval and Angles
Check and adjust spark plug gap, valve lash and valve timing, etc.
