Operating Attention
1. Users should strictly abide by the operation and maintenance specification of high voltage generator set and start up high voltage diesel generator regularly for ten to fifteen minutes for no-load test.
2. The operators should be familiar with high voltage generator set operation standard and be qualified for such operation procedure.
3. Relevant high voltage safeguard procedures are available in parallel operation and switchgear machine room. Operators must strictly follow operating procedures to run high voltage diesel generator.
1) Switchgear is equipped with reliable mechanical and electric interlock mechanism, in line with the requirements of “Five-Protection” function, so as to guarantee the correct operation of switchgear and trolley is procedural.
(1) There is a suggestive button or KK type change-over switch on the door of control room so as to avoid switching on or off the disconnector improperly.
(2) Only when tested or in working position can disconnector trolley be switched on or off. If the disconnector is switched on, the trolley cannot move, which avoids on-load pushing-pulling circuit breaker inappropriately.
(3) Only if the earthing switch is in the open position, the circuit breaker can move from testing\breaking position to working position. Only if the circuit breaker is in testing\breaking position, the earthing switch can be switched to the open position.
(4) When the earthing switch is in the open position, the bottom door and back door cannot be open, avoiding straying into charged intervals.
(5) If circuit breaker handcart is indeed in the test or work position, and there is no control voltage, it can only be manual braked, but not be switched on.
2) If throlley is in the work position, second plug is locked and cannot be removed.
3) Disconnector can be separated with trolley. The busbar should be isolated from feeder circuit.
4) All the operation of high voltage generator set can be carried out when the switchgear panel is closed.
5) Switch cabinet and all metal partitions should be connected to the ground. Earth conductor is mounted inside switchgear.
6) Enclosure protection grade reaches IP4X, which can effectively prevent the human body and the solid from approaching the live part and touching the moving parts and can protect the personal safety and guarantee reliable operation.
