Description
As kind of compressed air dryer, high inlet temperature air cooling air dryer consists of air heat exchanger, evaporator, outer rotor cooling fan, compressor and cooling system, etc. Air heat exchanger adopts inside and outside wall corrugated pipes so as to increase the utilization of cooling capacity. Besides, it features reverse-flow structure. Evaporator employs turbulent flow structure with high heat exchange efficiency. Outer rotor cooling fan features large blast capacity, low noise and frequent start-stop with long operating life. The level of protection for this compressed air dryer is IP54 (dustproof and splash proof).
Features
1. This high inlet temperature air cooling air dryer has the feature of complete air-liquid separation. It utilizes filter type air-liquid separator (installed with US HANKISON filter element), avoiding second water evaporation and guaranteeing the drying effect. Its drying efficiency is as high as 99.99%.
2. This compressed air dryer employs inner zinc plated copper pipe with working pressure ranging from 0.3 to 4.5 MPa.
3. It selects stainless steel pipes applicable in medical and food industries. Such material makes this compressed air dryer acid-resisting, alkali-resisting and corrosion-resisting.
4. This high inlet temperature air cooling air dryer is installed with water condenser which features slow flow, multi-stroke, high heat exchange efficiency and long time operation without scaling.
