Submersible Pump Cables

Description
Submersible cable (submersible pump cable) is composed of conductor, insulating layer, barrier layer, restrictive coating and armor layer. It is mounted on electric submersible pump unit and can be laid in oil wells. Submersible cable can be divided into two types—round type and flat shape submersible pump cable. Limited by narrow space of oil well casing, such cable gives priority to flat one. Oil well casing size permitting, round one can be adopted. With symmetrical structure, round submersible cable features uniform electromagnetic field distribution, small interference with each other and good electromagnetic compatibility. Besides, it is convenient to take-up and pay off the round submersible cable.

Features
1. Two types of submersible pump cables are available, the round one and the flat one.
2. Mounted on submersible electric pump unit, submersible cable is mainly applicable to oil production process in oil industry. It features good performance, oil resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. According to the down-hole temperature, five temperature grades are available: 90℃, 120℃, 150℃, and 180℃ and 205℃ grade.

Storage and Transportation Requirements: Do not bump against or twist submersible cables. Two terminals of submersible pump cables should be protected from damp.
Voltage Grade: 3KV, 4KV, 5KV, 6KV
Executive Standard: GB/T16750-2008, APIRP 11S6-2008
Remark: We can manufacture nominal cross section and correspondent wire gauge according to clients’ requirements. Roll delivery adopts all steel corrugated plate packing.
