HM 900 Diesel Portable Screw Air Compressor

Main Features
1. This series diesel portable screw air compressor adopts oil and water separating system specially designed according to the high water content in fuel oil of China to eliminate the harm of poor oil to the generator, providing strong drive of diesel engine.
2. Heat insulation cover is covered on the discharge pipeline of the diesel engine to play the role of protecting and heat insulting the pipe, avoiding scalds, and reducing temperature rise of fan, enhancing cooling efficiency of the cooler.
3. Such diesel portable screw air compressor is equipped with inlet heating device specially designed for the start in the cool area so as to ensure 35℃ of the inlet temperature of the diesel engine before start.
4. HM900 diesel portable screw air compressor makes use of high pressure press and close inlet valve upon start to achieve purpose of light-loaded start.
5. Open maintenance side door, it is easy for daily repair and maintenance, which reduces maintenance time and operation maintenance cost.
6. Information of operation and accident can be displayed on the plate board, which is easy to operate and maintain, reducing accident rate.
7. The discharge of all the liquid including cooling liquid of generator, oil of generator, lubricating oil of compressor and fuel oil can be easily achieved by independent ball valve, which has safe piston to prevent accidental discharge of the liquid.
8. Display board is on the front of the diesel portable screw air compressor, which has an independent protection plate. It can be operated and monitored without opening the main maintenance door. There is also light on the board, which can be used to operate at night.
9. High temperature of discharged air from the air compressor, low pressure of the diesel engine oil, high temperature of cooling water from the diesel engine, low cooling water level and low oil level of the fuel oil, shutdown protection device.
