Description
Oil free compressor adopts water instead of oil to finish lubricating, sealing and cooling during the whole rotary compression process. Such BESTCOPCO oil free air compressor adopts all stainless steel design. This oil free screw oil compressor is mainly used in textile, spraying, medical, chemical, food processing, electronic and light industry.

Structure Features
1. This oil free compressor adopts no lubricating oil structure. There is no oil engaging in the process of all systems. We take water as lubrication so that we provide very clean compressed air for clients. This oil free air compressor has a very low operation and maintenance cost (this oil free screw air compressor has no air compressor oil, no fine oil separator and oil cleaner).
2. This oil free compressor features ideal constant temperature compression. Our overall unit can only work less than 40 degree centigrade as the water cooling performance is high above oil compressor oil. 40 degree is close to suction temperature and this makes high efficiency and ideal air compression.
3. This oil free screw oil air compressor is environmentally friendly. There is no oil grease on the machine. All the parts and components employ corrosion rust-proof material, such as stainless steel and copper alloys, etc. High precision water cleaner can keep the water clean.
4. This oil free compressor is characterized by high efficiency. BEST-F (N) series oil free compressor makes use of pure water which functions sealing, cooling and lubricating. Compared with dry air compressor, per unit HP air production is improved by 20%.
