Introduction
National production inspection standard of compressor products:
Oil content in the oil free compressor: 0ppm;
Oil content in the oil less screw air compressor: ≤2 ppm;
Oil content in the oil injected compressor: ≥3 ppm

Main features
1. Oil less screw air compressor is electrically integrated, complete close-circuit, low noise, small vibration, no need for installation base.
2. Air volume adjusting method: automatic close inlet + automatic on & off.
3. Display Function
It can display changing time of oil-air separator, oil filter, air cleaner and lubricating oil. Besides, the oil less screw air compressor has the function of demonstrating present pressure, temperature, working hours, full load running hours, loading and unloading conditions and shows the motor running status.
4. Protection Function: automatic alarming (high temperature alarming, accident alarming of temperature sensor, alarming upon the time to change the oil filter, air filter, gas& air separator, accident automatic shutdown (hyper-pressure shutdown, hyper-temperature shutdown, accident shutdown of motor and processing equipment), transmitting signals so as to determine the reason for accident.
5. Controlling Function: automatically starting function upon power disconnection, remote control, multi-machine joint control function, communications function, fan shutdown function.
